Responsibilities: Design and production of print and web graphics for the company’s multiple internet and intranet websites. Graphics include icon creation, page layout and design, Flash animation and web design, complete design and production of web design applications.

Multimedia:

Design for multimedia included: training tools, web-based applications, animation, and Powerpoint.

Completed several Flash based websites for the internal distribution of information throughout the company to all associates. These included the EVE Enrollment Virtual Environment*, OLARS*, HNFS Navigator*, Business Management Systems*, TRICARE North Online Tour*, and Field Optimization Directors*.

EVE is an animated customer service training module designed to assist individual, self-paced training for current and new customer service associates. This project was submitted to Marcom awards and won first place for a multimedia project.

The All in One/Navigator website is an online quick reference guide designed in Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Flash. It contained over 580 pages of detailed information on departmental operations and procedures for each department within the company. It was designed to be useful to the novice user and programmed for easy updates.

 

Print:

Design for print including: Conference displays, table top displays, brochures, flyers, email announcements, posters, forms, newsletters, awards, certificates and maps.

 

Other:

Programmed a reporting feature within the existing Filemaker Pro project database system in order to compile and track the productivity of the Graphic Services Team.
