This online virtual training application was built in flash and html for an intranet application. Please be patient for it to load. This project was submitted to Marcom Awards and received the first place Platinum Award for Web Based Training.

Medical Management Yearbook
The Medical Management Department was dispersed throughout the region and in order to create a more personal experience within staff of the department this tool was developed to connect the voices on the phone with real faces and real people. This project was a huge success and allowed everyone within the department to get to know other associates they would not have otherwise met. This was an intranet Flash/Dreamweaver project and a working example in not available for review.
Navigator
The Navigator Project was an electronic version of a large printed document that was utilized within the company for programs and procedural information. It was useful for different departments and was an All-In-One Top Ten questions for each department. The new design streamlined the 500+ pages of content in an way that was easy to navigate and was available in electronic format cutting down the cost of printing and distributing manuals and allowing easy updates to critical information.
This project was created for internal associates to locate MTFs and TSCs in the TRICARE North Area. The easy interface allowed users to find these locations and refer customers to them based on their service area.
TRICARE North Tour
This project was used to locate MTFs and TSCs in the TRICARE North Region and include information about the locations such as a map, the Field Optimization Director, Address, Phone number etc. Due to proprietary information an interactive sample is unavailable.
Field Optimization Directors (FOD) Tour
This project was used to identify the FODs in the TRICARE North Region and the service areas they covered. It also included information about the locations such as a map, Address, Phone number etc. Due to proprietary information an interactive sample is unavailable.
